1. Data Controller

KronTech operates the edge payment controller available at https://cf-payment-gateway.jositett.workers.dev. Inquiries regarding data processing may be directed to security@krontech.dev.

2. Data We Process

Transaction Identifiers: Payment reference codes, gateway transaction IDs, and currency amounts.
Customer Identifiers: Masked email addresses and customer IDs necessary to verify product entitlements.
Edge Diagnostic Data: IP routing metadata and user-agent details for replay protection and DDoS mitigation.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Data processing is conducted strictly to fulfill contractual software purchase transactions, license entitlement ledger lookups, and security fraud mitigation.

4. Third-Party Payment Rails

Payment details are securely processed directly by authorized payment rails: SeevCash (SeevPlus), Paystack, Flutterwave, Paddle, and Stripe. No raw card or bank account details are stored on our edge servers.

5. Security & Retention

Ledger audit trails are retained in encrypted Cloudflare D1 storage for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Inactive telemetry is purged in accordance with standard data retention schedules.
